Sport’s Illustrated‘s ace reporter, AP, reports that the Cubs’ Alfonso Soriano will be placed on the 15-Day DL after making one of his trademark “hops” in the outfield last night. The Cubs currently lead the Reds 4-0 in the 2nd, and Eric Patterson makes the drive up from Iowa to replace Soriano in the outfield. Has Sam Zell sold naming rights to the Cubs DL yet?
