Though I’ve been negligent in covering the battle to take control of David Roth’s old employer, however, it did not escape my notice that Coop characterized the visage of Don Mossi as “The Premature Ejaculator’s Best Friend”.
That is one way to explain replacing the Leon Washington card in your wallet with a vintage portrait of Mossi. Perhaps the only reason, come to think of it.
I don’t get it
When I was a kid circa 1977, the House of Cards in Wheaton, MD had a few of his cards on display with a handwritten sign underneath declaring him the “Ugliest Player in Baseball.” It was the kind of Mad Magazine old man humor that was both exciting and creepy at the same time. Jokes that kids didn’t think adults made.
