The postseason success of Bulls castoff Tim Thomas wasn’t lost on several of his former teammates.
On the night the Bulls were eliminated, the Phoenix Suns forward sank a 3-pointer that saved the season for his team in the final seconds in a game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
“Timmy is a very talented guy. You wonder what would have happened if he had stayed here,” Gordon said. “When did he leave ” three games into the season? There was nothing there (to evaluate). He never played here.”
