Walt Frazier was at Xaverian HS on Thursday to shoot an MSG Network spot with the defending state champion basketball team. Coach Jack Alesi, in an introductory chat with Frazier, casually mentioned that one of his players too easily gets down on himself.
At the end of the TV shoot, Frazier quietly, and without any urging, took that kid aside and spent several minutes with him.
