If things don’t work out with Omar Minaya, Mets fans will be wondering what might’ve been had NY been able to secure the return of Gerry Hunsicker.
In the meantime, we can ponder whether or not working for an owner who sought to cut spending on scouting and player development had anything (or everything) to do with Hunsicker’s departure.
