Unless, perhaps, you include claims Saints LB Jonathan Vilma offered $10K to any teammate responsible for taking out Brett Favre (members of the Sterger family were ineligible). Though the expected penalties for New Orleans’ misconduct will probably not include forfeiting an NFL title, these charges are serious enough for this universally-respected blog….to remember when bounties were really worth giving a shit about.
