Sure, you already know about Josh McRoberts’ illustrious Duke career and his status (ie. injured) since becoming the no. 37 overall pick in last June’s NBA Draft. But were you aware he’s equally enamored with Modest Mouse and Lupe Fiasco? The black humor of Showtime’s “Dexter” and the all-time hoops classic “Teen Wolf”? If not, you’ve somehow managed to avoid (notice how I’ve not used the word “miss”) McRoberts’ newish Yardbarker (cha-ching!) blog.
My ankle is getting alot better. I practiced some last week…I’m obviously a little out of shape after missing so much time and I have alot to catch up on in learning our offense. I should be back pretty soon though..and its a great feeling to be back with the team again. We got a big win vs. Dallas on Saturday night….L.A. and Brandon have been killing people on this homestand. They’re exciting to watch…and I can’t wait to get a chance to play with them.
I was suprised to see so many comments after my first post…I didnt expect to have so many people check out my blog…I appreciate it though and I’ll try to work in some answers to your questions and look at some of your suggestions. I was suprised to see that it took so long for people to write hate messages and negative comments…luckily for me theres cowards that have enough time to worry about my life on a lot of websites…even this one. haha. I’ll take as many reads as I can though…so please keep reading whether you like me or not..write something bad if it makes you feel better about your life…I’m doing fine either way haha.
The worst thing about the above item is that the 2nd paragraph is lifted almost word-for-word from a recent Jay Mohr entry for Fox Sports.com.
