I think you can safely file this particular development under that oh-so-special category marked “no fucking way”.

Seriously, if Kevin Keegan can return as Newcastle manager, there’s absolutely no reason to discount the possibility of Bobby Valentine managing the Mets when Citi Field opens.  And Bobby V. probably knows as much if not more about defensive soccer tactics as Keegan.
