The Boston Globe is reporting that Red Auerbach has been in and out of the hospital over the past month following an undisclosed surgical proceedure.
While wishing Red the speediest of recoveries, and not wanting to violate the confidence between the former Celtics coach/GM and his health care professionals, it should be stressed that complications can arise from using glossy photos of Phil Jackson in lieu of toilet paper for over a decade.
