The Buffalo News is reporting the Bills have scheduled a 6:15pm press conference to announce the signing of WR Terrell Owens to a one-year, $6.5 million contract. Suffice to say, T.O. isn’t a poor upgrade on Josh Reed or Lee Evans, even with all the bullshit that will undoubtedly accompany Owens’ arrival. But unless Mark Sanchez falls to no. 10 in the first round (and perhaps even if he does), Trent Edwards can look forward to adding his name to the glittering list of QB’s (Jeff Garcia, Donovan McNabb, Tony Romo) who’ve felt T.O.’s wrath.
In other ex-Cowboys news, Pacman Jones has been accused of taking a swing at a contestant on the Spike TV series “Pros Vs. Joes”. Sadly, the assault victim in question was not John Franco.
