37 year old outfielder Brian Jordan is about to sign a one-year contract with the Braves according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s David O’Brien.

Jordan, who played for the Braves from 1999-2001 (and defensive back for the Falcons from ’89 to 2001), hit just .222 with 5 homers and 23 RBI’s in 61 games for Texas last season.
