ESPN’s Andrea Kramer is reporting that New England CB Ty Law, having already missed the last 9 games of the regular season with a broken foot, has been placed on the injured reserve list for the playoffs.
Though the Patriots survived Peyton Manning in Week One, with a potential AFC Semi-Final or Final looming against the Colts, the loss of Law (along with DE Richard Seymour’s uncertain status) will make New England’s task that much more difficult.
