How better to bounce back from a disappointing loss to the Atlanta Falcons than by changing one’s name?  Tampa Bay Online’s Ira Kaufman reports Buccaneers defensive end Greg White had his name legally changed to Stylez G. White earlier today in Hillsborough County Circuit Court.

Circuit Judge Steve Scott Stephens signed off on White™s petition and as White (above, left) walked through the Bucs locker room Monday, he gleefully distributed copies of the final judgment. White said he picked his new name from a character in the 1985 movie œTeen Wolf,™™ starring Michael J. Fox.

œThat was his best friend™s name,™™ White said. œI always liked that name. It™s not that I don™t like Greg White.™™

In the movie, Fox™s friend is named Rupert œStiles™™ Stilinski. White changed the spelling and adopted the name as his own.
