Is Randy Johnson having second thoughts about signing on with the Yankees?

On Monday, after the New York media crucified him for shoving his paw in a camera lens, the Big Unit was heard grousing about his Big Apple welcome over dinner at Annisa in the West Village.

“No, really,” his dinner companion assured him, according to a spy. “You made the right decision. You’ll enjoy it here.”

Johnson promptly had another rude New York awakening when he tried to order a “steak and Caesar salad” – which isn’t on the menu at the quirky fusion hot spot. He settled for chicken with chanterelles and pig’s feet.

Yankee spokesman Rick Cerrone told us, “Maybe at the start he was a little taken aback. But I can assure you he has no regrets.”

Guess he’s staying. Johnson and his family were out house-hunting on Wednesday.
