Free Agent OF Gabe Kapler, formerly of Texas and most recently of Boston, has signed a reported $2 million, one-year deal with the Yomiuri Giants. Kapler was supposedly guaranteed that he’d play every day as the Giants’ starting CF.
No word yet from player or agent on how the former will adjust to a training regiment that shuns excessive periods spent in the weight room.
