A pair of ex-Mets, Marlon Anderson and Lt. Dangle combined to tie the game at 4, the latter driving in the former when he took a Darren Oliver offering into the left field bleachers. Jello shots all around at Dirt Bike Magazine. Chad Bradord’s about to relieve Oliver, but there’s no relief for the frequent promos for “‘Til Death.”
(UPDATE : with J.D. Drew on first, Bradford allowed a bloop single to Russell Martin, then walked Wilson Betemit. Pedro Felicano became the third Mets pitcher of the inning, and proceeded to walk James Loney to force in the lead run, before retiring pinch-hitter Nomar on a 1-3 groundout.
