The New York Daily News’ Michael Malone claims to have searched far and wide, yet cannot identify one single tavern in the metropolitan area devoted to the support of the Metropolitans.
With their assortment of Mets memorabilia on display, I would’ve thought Ave. A’s Two Boots was worth a mention, but that’s more of an eatery than a bar. So please, answers to our Barret Robbins-free comments section, and we’ll forward them the results to Mr. Malone.
