Much has been written in the past afternoon about the plight of Ming Kung Chen (above), the deliveryman for Jerome Avenue’s Happy Dragon, trapped in a housing project elevator for the 3 harrowing days. But nary a word has been scribbled about the hungry patrons of Happy Dragon, those loyal Bronx customers who have been waiting for several days for their Chinese food.
