The offending Yahoo Sports article — one that described SF QB Alex Smith’s inability to receive plays rapidly from offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye — was entitled “Communication a growing problem for Niners”. What resulted was a communications problem of a different sort entirely, as head coach Mike Singletary was seemingly on the brink of climbing thru the television monitor and strangling CBS 5’s Dennis O’Donnell Thursday evening.
