Mr. Irrelevant‘s Jamie Mottram reported earlier today Orioles legends Brooks Robinson and Eddie Murray are launching their own signature wines —-Robinson’s being a Cabernet Sauvignon, Murray’s tipple of choice being a Chardonnay — for charity.
Exciting stuff and certainly a noble effort. But I’m more impressed with the efforts of an active ballplayer to lend his name and likeness to a pioneering adult beverage.
