I wonder if Bill Giles still thinks “Brett was trying to help his wife”?
It was hard to tell if after giving up 3 consectutive HRs to Reds batters if Myers near beaning of David Ross was a case of a pitch getting away from him or if Myers anger management therapy hasnt quite kicked in. I think both the home plate ump and Charlie Manuel were hunching the latter as the ump gave Myers a warning and Charlie Manuel hauled ass out to the mound to yank him.
