Short of the New Jersey Nets’ emergence as a playoff fixture, there are few notions as humbling to the Knicks as the Bulls once again becoming a force in East — while New York seems utterly without a clue come crunch time. It was yet another 4th quarter Knicks collapse this afternoon at the United Center, this time sealed by an Andres Nocioni block of Trevor Ariza’s jumper, leading to Eddie Curry’s game-winning layup (Tyson Chandler would block Nazr Mohammed’s attempt to tie the game at the buzzer).
