Sort of.  With yesterday’s acquisition of free agent F Eduardo Najera and swingman Jarvins Hayes, the New York Post’s Fred Kerber points out the former comes to The Swamp with some kind of reputation to uphold.

Quick aside on Najera: in annual anonymous poll conducted throughout league, the Nets voted him among the league’s dirtiest players (one guy, no longer with team, voted for Najera EVERY year). Bruce Bowen, Danny Fortson were other annual staples.

I’ll not vouch nor dispute the above claim, but instead point out there’s few things you can do at mealtime ruder than ignoring Coby Karl in favor of your Crackberry.   Even if Najera’s a clean player, he’s a terrible dinner guest.
