The Black just arrived home from their we’re-bad-we’re-nationwide jaunt with Pink Nasty.  Their Hole In The Wall show last Friday revealed a remarkably road-tested quartet.  Sadly, automotive analogies don’t work for every band. I’d say something about the smell of the sawdust, but the Scoot Inn doesn’t really have a stage (sorry).

I just arrived home from Whole Foods.  Foods Alive’s Maple & Cinnamon Flax Crackers are meant to be very high in Omega 3, but at $5.99 a bag, I’m gonna have to take their word for it.
