The Sporting News’ Ken Rosenthal — surely in line for a raise based on his work over the past several days — reports the Phillies have signed reliever Tom Gordon to a three year deal worth between $18 and $21 million.

Gordon (above) will attempt to fill Billy Wagner’s shoes, though at those rates, he can buy his own.

Reliever Tim Worrell is returning to San Francisco, having signed a two-year deal with Giants for $4 million, along with a $500,000 signing bonus.
