The former radio voice of the Blue Jays, Tom Cheek, whose career also included radio work for the Expos, passed away Saturday at the age of 66.

Cheek covered more than 4300 consecutive Toronto games from the club’s inception in 1977 until his treatment for a brain tumor in 2004.
